Let you paid early and work with if you are a little late

I recently purchased a Chevrolet Avalanche from Cartown. After driving it for about three weeks the check engine light came on. I called Tom from Cartown. He was understanding, courteous and speedy in how he handled the situation. They repaired the vehicle and had me back on the road. I know it was a "AS IS" purchase but they went out of there way to make it right. Thanks Tom!

Bought and paid for a vehicle from Cartown. Never had a problem and they are willing to work with you as long as you are honest and communicate. Still own the same vehicle after 4 1/2 years with no problems. Would purchase another vehicle.

Nice priced cars and friendly service

I bought a 02 Duramax from Cartown in November of 2019 and had one issue with it and Tom and the gang over at Cartown didn’t hesitate to have this issue fixed at no cost to me. It really helps when you are respectful and honest with the dealership about what is going on and actually make an attempt to let them help you, because I know for a fact that they will do anything they can to help their customers. #Cartownrocks 🤙

Bought and paid off 2 very long lasting vehicles from this place. My mom has also bought and paid off 2 long lasting cars from this place! Fair and honest people! When life happens they are always willing to work with you. Last car I bought from them they went the entire last 7 months without a payment until I received my taxes and paid them in full. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FSIT AND HONEST PEOPLE. All the negative reviews I see are just simple not true or not there fault or problem
